Salt Room Halotherapy

Take Time For You by sitting in the Himalayan salt room while a halogenerator grinds up pharmaceutical grade salt into tiny particles that become airborne when dispersed into the room. When these salt particles are inhaled into your lungs, it helps to loosen mucus & phlegm and relieve inflammation to allow for easier breathing. Halotherapy can also help to relieve sore, flakey, red and irritated skin when the salt lands on it.

Dry salt therapy can help relieve symptoms of COPD, Emphysema, Bronchitis, Allergies, Asthma, Coughs, Colds & Flu, Sinus Infections, Snoring & Sleeping Problems and Cystic Fibrosis. When the salt particles are inhaled deep into the lungs, they can help to cleanse the airways of smoke, dust, pollutants and other allergens to open up the airways and increase oxygen intake. This can help to relieve shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing and congestion. Various forms of Dermatitis, Acne, Psoriasis and Eczema may also be relieved with Halotherapy, as well as Ear Infections, Stress & Anxiety.

Our Salt Room at Time For You Healing Center is made of Himalayan salt, which is one of the purest salts in existence. It is antimicrobial, anti-fungal, and antibacterial. Not only does it create a beautiful aesthetic for the room, but these Himalayan salt crystals have a kinetic energy that emits negative ions proven to reduce stress and fatigue, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

We are also proud to have introduced iWave technology to both furnaces in our building, one being just for the Salt Room, to help keep us all safe. Research done by Nu-Calgon has shown that through using their iWave Needle-Point Bi-Polar Ionization Technology against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), an outstanding 99.4% reduction of SARS-CoV-2 was shown in just 30 minutes. All tests were run using proprietary NPBI technology.

Salt Halotherapy is safe for Children and a recommended natural treatment. It is also suggested for athletes, seniors and corporate wellness.
